Gone are the days of boring cauliflower! Every bite of these roasted cauliflower florets is delicious, and crispy, and makes a perfect side for any meal!
Position the oven rack in the middle position. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Get the cauliflower ready:
Wash and trim the cauliflower so the florets are similar in size. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Combine the olive oil, salt, and roasted vegetable seasoning in a large bowl. Add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat the veggies with the seasoning.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet. Do not crowd them or they'll turn out mushy.
Roast:
Bake for 25 minutes or until the florets are tender and the edges golden brown.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional), and serve.
