Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the potatoes:
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder. Then, add the potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat them well with the seasoning.
Bake the potatoes:
Transfer the potatoes to the baking sheet and spread them out evenly.
Bake them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
Season the green beans:
In the same mixing bowl, combine ½ tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon salt. Add the green beans and toss to coat them with the seasoning.
Bake the green beans:
After 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet with the potatoes from the oven and add the green beans. I usually move the potatoes to one side and place the green beans in the other.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and continue baking for another 20 to 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.
