Serve:
Spread the cottage cheese over toast, on top of oatmeal for added protein, over a sweet potato, or use it as a dip for fresh fruit.
Storage:
Refrigerate leftover whipped cottage cheese in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Mix with a spoon before each spread.
Notes
Using 4% and 2% cottage cheese yields a thicker texture to your spread. If using non-fat, drain any excess liquid before adding the cottage cheese to the blender.
