While the rice cooks, chop or shred rotisserie chicken and slice the veggies.
Assemble:
In a bowl, make a base of rice. Top with rotisserie chicken, tomatoes, cucumber slices, olives, red onion, tzatziki sauce, and feta cheese. Serve with lemon wedges.
