This amazing master bathroom remodel is brought to you in partnership with American Standard. Thank you for supporting the companies that encourage my creativity.
How could I remodel most of the Studio without updating the master bathroom? This remodel is one I am very excited to share with you, since I know you’ll relate to some of the issues that brought me to remodel it in the first place.
One of the reasons we completely gutted this master bathroom is because it’s a very, and I mean very small “master bathroom.” It was one of those bathrooms that when the door opened, it nearly hit the toilet. I think it was designed as a natural “do not disturb” sign.
Anyways, we could not move the toilet from its spot but what we were able to do is remove the old plastic tub that took up a lot of visual room and replace it with a gorgeous tiled shower.
I chose American Standard products for the bathrooms because they were beautiful, have the clean lines I was looking for, and they have an excellent durability and performance. And for the shower, I don’t think we could have improved it any more than what you see now!

The frameless shower doors provide the illusion that the bathroom is bigger than it really is. I feel this was as much a space issue as it was a visual improvement to switch out the tub for a shower. And no, this master bath does not have a tub but we did keep the tub in the small bathroom.
One of the easiest things to select were the sinks. I had in mind the clean and modern look of the white rectangular sinks found in the Studio collection (the name is so appropriate!)
To match the shower I kept selected the Townsend faucets and towel accessories which I feel it carries the bathroom into a cohesive modern and elegant look throughout.

Even the toilet was upgraded because, you know, a clean high-efficiency toilet is of importance a few times a day, right? Joking aside, there is no way we could have kept the old one (no before pictures necessary or wanted here) so I’m thrilled that one got a new upgrade as well.

As you can see, the bathroom is dreamy and I couldn’t be happier. One of the things that I love most is the bright airy space and how it’s update is sure to add value to the house.
Other items we purchased were Tully 3 –Light Vanity Lighting, a mirror we purchased at a local home décor store, and a white 60-inch double vanity with a Carrera Marble countertop (cut and installed by a local supplier).
What do you think? Does one of your small bathrooms need an update?

Oh yeah, we could use new vanities/sinks in BOTH our bathrooms. We replaced the toilets, but the vanities are both very small and as there is very little space, we have to get specialty sizes, so we’d LOVE some help!

I would update our toilet first. We did a mini remodel but did not replace the toilets. Thanks, Stacy

Our house is about 13 years old so not too outdated, but it definately has the builders grade vanity, so I would change that first! I would love to enhance the mirror too.

Ohhh this looks incredible! I have been shopping and shopping but this inspired my bathroom remodel. We literally just bought our first home and get the keys this week! We have just a couple of things to do, one of which is a bathroom remodel lol! I’d love the Townsend in our new small but perfect master bathroom. What a beautiful and simple, sleek design. Just love! Congratulations on the new remodeled bathroom!

I love the studio collection! The first thing I’d do is replace my HUGE, old jet tub with something a bit more modern & compact.

My kids bath desperately needs a new tub/shower. I love the VorMax technology but the traditional line has some very pretty choices!

What a beautiful vanity with the double sinks! I love the cabinet Laura1 We need a bathroom upgrade and are actively pricing products and the work so thank you for posting and an opportunity to win some help. Regardless of a complete remodel, the first thing we need is towel bars … the kids tore them off the wall several years ago and we never replaced (because we just figured it would happen again). I saw the American Standard 24″ towel shelf and thought that would be really nice.

I would love to replace our contractor-grade vanity and mirror. They’re monstrously huge without adding functional storage. And I loove the Retrospect collection. That retro style is adorable!

I’d update the 70’s yellow tub and toilet first, but the entire bathroom needs to be renovated. Your bathroom re-do looks amazing! Great inspiration!
Stacie
I would upgrade toilets first, then vanity, and last lighting. Your remodel came out great!
