Every bite of this giant cinnamon roll is infused with brown sugar and cinnamon goodness, and the cream cheese frosting takes it to the next level.
All you need is a can or two of cinnamon roll dough, a baking sheet, and the directions below.

Why This is the Best Giant Cinnamon Roll
This giant cinnamon roll is a quick breakfast that will please a crowd and has a built-in “WOW-factor.” Instead of baking individual cinnamon rolls, you can make one giant cinnamon roll you can enjoy layer by layer or eat by the slice!
I also love this method because it’s like eating the center part of the cinnamon roll all the way through.

How to Make a Giant Cinnamon Roll
This enormous cinnamon roll is easy to assemble and bakes in less than 12 minutes! Here’s how to make it:
- Prep
Preheat the oven, open the cinnamon roll cans, and set the icing cups aside. - Make the giant cinnamon roll
Place one roll onto the center of the baking sheet, unravel another roll and place it around the one in the center of the pan. Repeat with the remaining cinnamon rolls until you have a giant circle. - Bake
Here’s when your giant cinnamon roll expands and becomes even bigger! - Drizzle
Once baked, drizzle the frosting, and enjoy!
I also made a video to show you how quickly this epic breakfast comes together:
Frosting the Giant Cinnamon Roll
Aside from eating, frosting a cinnamon roll straight out of the oven has got to be everyone’s favorite part! You can make your own with powdered sugar and a little milk or use the one that comes with the dough.
Since we used canned cinnamon rolls, you should have 2 frostings. Make sure to remove the metal lid (if your brand has that) before warming it for 30-seconds in the microwave for easier spreading.
If you want extra frosting, then whip up a batch of my homemade glaze from my whole wheat cinnamon roll recipe. It’s quick and divine.

I made this for a brunch. Only thing I did differently was to cook some bacon and then crumbled it over the top of the cinnamon roll after icing it. You get the sweet and salty combo. It was delicious!
