Quick and effortless dinner? Yes, please! This baked feta spaghetti solves any weeknight dinner with no fuss.

Viral Baked Pasta with Feta
With so many recipes getting viral on TikTok, I had to try and test one of the current trends: baked feta pasta. Is it that good? Is it that easy? Yep! Baked feta with tomatoes tossed with spaghetti is now my family’s new pasta night obsession.
It’s so simple that I often leave the baking dish in the fridge ready to grab and bake, so even my teens can make this recipe. And.The.Flavor. Melted cheese, saucy tomatoes, and tender pasta are a combo made in heaven!
What You Need
Another great news: you don’t need anything fancy to make this baked feta spaghetti -just a block of feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and pasta (I’m using spaghetti, but it works with any other). Add simple seasonings and get ready to drool.

How to Make Baked Feta Pasta
Place the seasoned tomatoes in a baking dish. Add the feta block and bake for 30 minutes. While it bakes, cook the pasta al dente. When the cheese is softened and the tomatoes have burst, remove from the oven and add the cooked pasta. Toss to combine, adding pasta water to create a sauce.
Success Tips for Perfect Baked Feta Spaghetti
Follow these simple tips and your baked feta pasta will turn out amazingly delicious!
Crowd the baking dish
When baking tomatoes, you’ll usually leave some room for a nice roasted texture. Since we want them saucy for this recipe, go ahead and crowd the pan with the tomatoes.
Reserve pasta water
Pasta water has starch, yielding a creamy sauce when mixed with the other ingredients.
Swap the pasta
No spaghetti in your pantry? Use any other pasta shape and you’ll have an epic pasta dinner.
