These 3 ways to Jazz up a Gluten-Free Cheese Pizza was brought to you by Freschetta. Thank you for supporting the companies that encourage my creativity.
Do you love to customize your pizza with an infinite amount of toppings? I know I do! Today’s pizza ideas are 3 incredible ways I’ve been jazzing up my gluten-free cheese pizzas.

As you know, I have a mixed household when it comes to food intolerances so when it comes to things that contain gluten, like pizza, it’s often easier to buy the type that meets all our dietary needs; and until recently, finding a gluten-free pizza that doesn’t taste like cardboard has been a challenge –enter Freschetta’s Gluten Free Pizzas.
As somebody that loves toppings, buying a great, crispy cheese pizza gives me the canvas I need to make my master-creations like the ones you see today.

I mean, is there anything better than taking the leftover meatballs from Wednesday and using them to create what I call a Pizzagna? Add a little ricotta cheese and a few other staples I have in the fridge and you now have an epic meaty creation in every bite.
Which leads me to my Taco Pizza. You know how I feel about tacos and utilizing leftovers –because taco night deserves a sequel – and there is nothing better than taking the best of a taco and placing it on my family’s favorite vessel for all things delicious: a cheese pizza.

While I love all the pizza ideas I’m sharing with you today, I have serious feelings for this Taco pizza – clearly. I feel like I can take a bite out of my Tuesday – Friday where all the happiness of the week resides in each bite. And yes, I have a thing about Mondays. The only good thing about Monday tends to be the extra cup (or two) of coffee a new week brings, but I digress.

Pizza idea number three is my (step)dad’s favorite. And because he’s Greek, you know he must put “Feta and Kalamata Olives on everything.” We usually split this Greek pizza between the two of us along with a side salad and you have two happy people who have zero guilt about not sharing their pizza.

Of course, there are other ways we enjoy our pizzas, but as you know, we have our Friday Night Fun on the regular, where we often jazz up our pizzas or create a pizza bar, in which we add a variety of toppings before we pop them in the oven.
Ultimately, finding foods that my family loves that are gluten-free and delicious is the simplest way to ensure that everyone is happy and nobody feels left out. Find Freschetta Gluten Free Pizzas in your area here.
