This giant cinnamon roll is a quick breakfast that will please a crowd and has a built-in "WOW-factor." While I sometimes make individual cinnamon rolls from scratch, when in a hurry, I make one giant roll from a can to enjoy layer by layer or by the slice!
And I also love this method because it's like eating the center part of the cinnamon roll all the way through.
How to Make a Giant Cinnamon Roll
To assemble this breakfast, place one roll in the center of the baking sheet, unravel another roll, and place it around the one in the center of the pan. Repeat with the remaining rolls until you have a giant circle. When you bake it, your giant cinnamon roll expands and becomes even bigger! Once baked, drizzle the frosting.
Frosting the Giant Cinnamon Roll
You can make your own frosting with powdered sugar and a little milk, or use the one that comes with the dough. Warming it for 30 seconds in the microwave for easier spreading. Giant Cinnamon Roll (With Cans!)

Ingredients
- 2 packages store-bought cinnamon rolls, 6 to 8 per pack
Instructions
Prep:
- Preheat the oven according to package directions.
- Open each can of cinnamon rolls and set the icing cups aside.
Assemble:
- Place one cinnamon roll onto the center of a large baking sheet or pizza pan.
- Unravel another cinnamon roll and place it around the one in the center of the pan. Repeat with the remaining cinnamon rolls until you have a giant circle.
Bake:
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake according to the directions on the back of the can. The cinnamon roll will expand.
- Remove the cinnamon roll from the oven.
Add the frosting:
- Remove the metal lid from each icing cup and warm them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Drizzle with the icing over the giant cinnamon roll, slice, and serve.
