These Hummus Stuffed Celery Stalks are a healthy snack when you need a pick-me-up in the afternoon and a terrific party appetizer.

This post is brought to you by Sabra. All opinions are 100% my own.

One of my go-to snacks mid-afternoon, when I need a pick-me-up to make it through to dinner are these loaded celery stalks! Stuffed with Sabra hummus and topped with Kalamata olives and feta, they are irresistible!

For times when you need to get your "healthy snacking" on, these Hummus Stuffed Celery Stalks come to the rescue!

If you’ve followed my blog for a while, you know that I have used hummus in every way possible. But when it comes to snacking, hummus is pretty much the unofficial snack food.

What’s the difference between bringing a tub of Sabra hummus to the office along with celery sticks and these loaded celery logs instead? I’ve partnered with Sabra for a long time to create amazing recipes for this blog, like today’s, and when they ship hummus to my house it’s hard to restrain myself from eating a tub in a single sitting. Portion control is important when it comes to irresistible hummus, for me anyway.

I often snack on hummus and celery along with some olives mid-afternoon, when I need a pick-me-up before running out to my kid activities. Of course, it’s also a great snack for kids although my youngest prefers to eat hummus directly out of the tub with a spoon.

While I used the Olive Tapenade hummus to stuff these celery logs, clearly, you could use any of their varieties. Being that I’m from Spain, I say yes to olives on everything, and the more, the merrier!

I’ve also served these Hummus Stuffed Celery Stalks at parties as an appetizer platter. They please the crowd and it becomes a great way to not have the guests double dip their veggie in the hummus tub.

Great appetizers like this one bring people together at parties and it’s the perfect recipe to share with friends.
