This garlic butter spaghetti squash is a breeze to make, so it’s even easier to add more veggies into your day in a way that tastes great.

Ingredients
Since the spaghetti squash has a mild, neutral flavor, I'm just adding butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese, plus the basics: olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley for garnishing.
How to Make Garlic Parm Spaghetti Squash
- Prep the squash.
While the oven preheats, cut the squash in halves. With a fork, pierce the skin to ensure even cooking. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. - Bake.
Place the squash in a greased baking dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. It’s done when you poke it with a fork and the flesh is tender. - Shred and serve.
Shred the squash meat and top it with butter, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine, and serve. Top with parsley and remaining Parmesan cheese.

How to Keep Spaghetti Squash from Getting Soggy
Prevent the spaghetti squash from getting soggy by cooking it meat-side down on the baking sheet and removing it from the oven as soon as it’s cooked. When you shred it with a fork, let the steam release before adding butter and seasonings.
What to Serve with Spaghetti Squash
