What is an epic breakfast that everyone will want to wake up to on Christmas Day? This Eggnog French toast, of course! It’s deliciously cozy and fits the flavor and feel of the holidays.

Christmas French Toast
Eggnog is a staple around the holidays that I’ve been using for fluffy eggnog pancakes for years, so why not make Christmas French toast with it? Terrific idea.
I guarantee you will love this eggnog French toast, a festive breakfast that's downright dreamy with melted butter and maple syrup.

Ingredients
The best breads for French toast with crispy edges and cooked-through centers are thick breads, like brioche, challah, or Texas toast. Then, all you need is eggnog, eggs, extra cinnamon, and butter for grilling.
How to Make Eggnog French Toast
This Christmas breakfast is super simple! You’ll mix the liquid ingredients in a shallow dish with a fork or blender, soak the amount of bread slices that will fit into your pan or griddle, and cook them 3 to 4 minutes per side.

I made this with gluten free bread and it was delicious! I did let the bread soak a a bit longer than I would have with “regular” bread. Thanks so much!
