When you need a cool snack that’s also healthy and totally crave-worthy, this frozen yogurt bark comes to the rescue!
It’s a delicious treat that is perfect for any hot day, and kids LOVE IT. You’ll be keeping a batch in the freezer all summer long.

Easy Yogurt Bark
Frozen yogurt bark is a healthy snack made with fresh berries, fruity cereal, and creamy vanilla yogurt. Each bite is filled with berries-and-cream flavor and melts in your mouth.
While it’s just as enjoyable as frozen popsicles, this is a more nutritious option from the freezer. Each serving has 5 grams of protein, thanks to Greek yogurt, with antioxidants and vitamins from the berries and cereal.
Frozen Yogurt Bark Ingredients
Here’s a quick run-down of everything you need to make frozen yogurt bark:
- vanilla Greek yogurt: or any dairy or non-dairy yogurt.
- berries: this recipe uses blueberries and diced berries, but you could swap them out for another fruit that freezes well, like chopped bananas, peaches, or raspberries.
- favorite fruit cereal: or any of your favorite cereals! Granola, clusters, grain-free, gluten-free- you get the picture.

How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bark
Making this frozen yogurt bark is easy. All you have to do is layer the ingredients and freeze. Now, grab those ingredients, and let’s make it quick!
- Prep
Line a 9 x 9-inch baking dish or pan with parchment paper. - Assemble and freeze
Spread the yogurt into an even layer at the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the blueberries and cereal over the yogurt and freeze for 4 to 6 hours. - Cut into squares
When ready to eat, lift the parchment, and place the bark onto a flat surface. Use a sharp knife to cut the bark into nine squares.
You could also break the larger square into nine pieces; they won’t be uniform but close enough.
Watch this quick video to see how this frozen treat is made:
While it comes together quickly, it does take about 4 hours to freeze, but you can prep it the night before or right after breakfast, and it will be ready to eat when snack time rolls around.
Storing Yogurt Bark
If you’re left with extra yogurt bark, store the remainders in an airtight container and freeze for up to a week; but you shouldn’t expect it to keep that long. This snack is seriously refreshing on a hot summer day and a winner for kids and adults; it will disappear quick.
