Honey Fruit Salad Dressing

Living in New Orleans means someone's always showing up with a giant bowl of fruit salad in the summer. I've tried more versions than I can count. But my neighbor Pam? Her fruit salad is always the first to disappear.

It turns out that her secret was this fruit salad dressing: a 3-ingredient citrusy drizzle that makes every bite taste fresh and light. It’s the easiest way to upgrade any fruit salad combination.

What You Need

The three simple ingredients that make this dressing so epic are honey, orange juice, and lemon zest. The combination of citric and sweet is perfection!

How to Make Fruit Salad Dressing

You can make this dressing by simply whisking everything in a bowl. I recommend refrigerating it for at least 1 hour before drizzling it over the salad for optimal flavor. Want to make it ahead? It lasts 3 days in the fridge!

Best Fruits to Use with This Dressing

I love how this dressing matches with all kinds of berries, citrus and tart fruits such as kiwi, orange, and mandarins, and juicy grapes, pineapple, peaches, and mango. Make a fruit salad with these gems and enjoy!
