The epic blue cheese flavor, combined with the creaminess of yogurt, makes this dressing one you’ll want to drizzle over everything!

Blue Cheese Dressing with Yogurt
I have a thing for homemade dressings, so the last game day, while eating buffalo cauliflower bites with blue cheese dressing, I wondered why not make a better version of the one from the bottle. Well, here it is!
This blue cheese dressing is made with yogurt instead of mayo for a healthy swap; it’s much better and tastier than store-bought, and it takes 5 minutes. Amazing!
Ingredients
The base of this dressing is plain yogurt (unsweetened and unflavored) and blue cheese crumbles. For extra flavor, you’ll add lemon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
How to Make Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing
You’ll combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a fork. If you like the texture with some cheese crumbles, make sure to combine gently so the cheese doesn’t get mashed too much. For a milder flavor, add a little more yogurt or a little bit of milk.
Storage Tips
Store the dressing in a lidded jar or airtight container in the fridge. It will stay fresh as long as the yogurt you use is still good, so check the expiration date before tossing it.
Using this Dressing
This dressing is perfect for salads like the classic wedge salad and the chicken Cobb salad. It also pairs great with buffalo chicken and these delicious buffalo chicken tacos.
