Healthy Christmas Treats

Not to be a Grinch, but I refuse to start Christmas celebrating until Thanksgiving is over. There are always so many sweets and treats going around during the holidays that sometimes it’s nice and refreshing to have a healthy snack like these Grinch fruit kabobs.

These fresh kabobs are such a simple and fun snack, and according to my daughter, who helped me put them together, it’s “the best snack ever.” You can also find more ideas like this in my Clean Treats Cookbook and The Best Homemade Kids' Snacks on the Planet.

Grinch Fruit Kabob Ingredients

All you need to make the kabobs are mini marshmallows (store-bought or my homemade recipe), strawberries to create the Grinch red hat, sliced banana, green grapes, and toothpicks to assemble the kabobs.

How to Make Grinch Kabobs

To prep these Grinch fruit kabobs, you’ll wash and slice the fruit. Then, assemble one mini marshmallow, one strawberry, one banana slice, and one green grape. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 day.

Since you're browsing treat ideas, I have more recipes perfect for the holidays and large gatherings, like this Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Recipe, this white chocolate popcorn, and these delicious strawberry Santas with cream cheese.
