One of my go-to snacks mid-afternoon, when I need a pick-me-up to make it through to dinner are these loaded celery stalks! Stuffed with hummus and topped with Kalamata olives and feta, they are irresistible!
If you’ve followed my blog for a while, you know that I have used hummus in every way possible. But when it comes to snacking, hummus is pretty much the unofficial snack food.
I often snack on hummus and celery along with some olives mid-afternoon, when I need a pick-me-up before running out to my kid activities. Of course, it’s also a great snack for kids, although my youngest prefers to eat hummus directly out of the tub with a spoon.
I’ve also served these Hummus Stuffed Celery Stalks at parties as an appetizer platter. They please the crowd and it becomes a great way to not have the guests double dip their veggie in the hummus tub.
