You’re going to love finding delicious tidbits of soft and sweet cinnamon pears in every bite of this baked oatmeal recipe.

Pear Baked Oatmeal with Cinnamon
Oats are a healthy ingredient that gives us energy for hours. Now, when you add fruit and cinnamon to the equation, you get this delicious Pear Baked Oatmeal Recipe. It's as convenient as my blueberry baked oatmeal, but for pear lovers!
Ingredients
You’ll need old-fashioned oats, baking powder to help the batter rise, a little salt, cinnamon, brown sugar for moisture and sweetness, regular or non-dairy milk, eggs to help bind the ingredients, butter, and vanilla extract. Like my pear muffins, this recipe can be made with fresh or canned pears.
How to Make Pear Baked Oatmeal
While the oven preheats, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then, add the dry mix to the wet mix. Once you have a thick oat batter, fold in the diced pears. Bake until the top is golden and the oat mixture is set.

Make the mixture:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
