Paleo, gluten-free, and lower in fat than traditional baked goods, this allergy-friendly applesauce bread is one recipe you don't want to miss.

Ingredients
In addition to applesauce, this gluten-free bread uses classic baking staples: room-temperature butter, an egg to bind the ingredients, vanilla extract, sugar, oat flour, baking soda to help the batter rise and give the bread a fluffy texture, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
What Kind of Applesauce Should You Use for Bread?
Any applesauce will work to make applesauce bread, but unsweetened versions are preferred for baking recipes. If you do find yourself stuck with sweetened varieties, be sure to reduce the amount of sugar in your recipe or your breakfast bread might turn into dessert.
