Is there anything better than chocolate, almonds, and coconut? Yumm, YES! This easy Almond Joy Popcorn recipe!

Chocolate Almond Popcorn
It's true, when I am not packing school lunches or making delicious family-friendly dinner ideas, I'm crafting up recipes for a cookbook or a "future project." This Almond Joy Popcorn recipe came naturally.
I love popcorn, I love chocolate, I love coconut, and, well, you get the picture. After making this easy homemade almond joy, I have to turn it into popcorn! Every bite has the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and delicious.
This recipe includes white chocolate, so if you’re a sucker for it, you need to try this White Chocolate Popcorn recipe I usually serve during the holiday season, but I love to enjoy it all year round!
Ingredients
This fun recipe combines popcorn with everything we love about almond joy! Here’s what you need to know about the ingredients:

- Dark chocolate almonds: we need them to turn this popcorn into almond joy!
- Shredded coconut: so delicious and adds classic almond joy flavor.
- White chocolate chips: make this popcorn even more epic!
