I recommend anywhere between ¼ cup to ⅓ cup of cottage cheese, depending on the size of your toast.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of toasted bread, your favorite
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 teaspoons hot honey

Instructions

Prep:

  • Toast your bread to your liking. You'll want a medium toast to offer some firm support.

Load it up:

  • Place the toasts on your plate and measure out the cottage cheese, trying to drain any excess liquid in the tub. Try to scoop cottage cheese curds only. Distribute the cottage cheese over your toasted bread.
  • Drizzle hot honey over the cottage cheese toasts and enjoy.

Notes

  • Any type of toasted bread will work for this recipe.
  • Store-bought hot honey or homemade will work. Click on the hot honey link to check out my super-easy recipe; you’ll never buy it again!
