A delicious cottage cheese smoothie recipe that’s high in protein and filled with antioxidants and fiber from the blueberries.

Cottage Cheese Berry Smoothie
When I need something quick, cold, and creamy that packs a nutritional punch, this cottage cheese smoothie always hits the spot! It tastes like my blueberry cottage cheese pancakes, but sippable!
This smoothie makes the perfect snack, and unlike my cottage cheese bowl or cottage cheese toasts, it’s easy to turn into a portable breakfast I can blend and sip on my way to work.
Ingredients
Everything you’d expect in a smoothie but made healthier and better! I like to use unsweetened almond milk as the liquid base, but any milk will work, then cottage cheese (any milkfat % works), and fresh or frozen blueberries to add fiber and antioxidants.
I like adding chia seeds to my smoothie, which get blended into the drink for added fiber, protein, and more nutrition per sip! These are optional, and you can leave them out.
Making a Cottage Cheese Smoothie
Making this smoothie is as easy as any other: simply place all the ingredients in the blender and blend. So if you have other favorite smoothies you love and want to give them a creamy protein boost, add ½ cup of cottage cheese and it’s done!
How Much Protein Is In a Cottage Cheese Smoothie
Thanks to the cottage cheese, this blueberry smoothie contains about 24 grams of protein, making it a high-protein breakfast that you can sip and will keep you full for longer!
