These Hummus Stuffed Celery Stalks are a healthy snack when you need a pick-me-up in the afternoon and a terrific party appetizer.

One of my go-to snacks mid-afternoon to make it through to dinner are these loaded celery stalks! Stuffed with hummus and topped with Kalamata olives and feta, they are irresistible!

Is Celery and Hummus a Healthy Snack?

Celery and hummus are both packed with nutrition, making this a terrific snack. Celery has tons of vitamins, minerals, and fiber, while hummus is also rich in fiber, protein, calcium, iron, and antioxidants. A winning and delicious combo!

Hummus is a great substitute for mayo in many recipes, as I do in my Greek Deviled Eggs recipe. More nutrition, less fat! When you want a low-carb dip, celery makes a healthy swap for crackers and chips.

If you add feta cheese and olives to the equation -both classic ingredients from the Mediterranean diet- you get a healthy snack made with real and good-for-you ingredients.

The Sabra’s roasted red pepper hummus has always been my favorite, but know that I know to look for an olive tapenade variety, it may soon be displaced!
