Creamy, fruity, and satisfying, these raspberry overnight oats are the kind of breakfast that tastes like dessert but fuels your day like a pro.

Overnight Oatmeal with Raspberries
Strawberry overnight oats tend to be my go-to, but when I grab a big clamshell of raspberries at Costco and it seems like my youngest isn’t going to devour them in one sitting, I make this recipe for raspberry overnight oats instead.
Two minutes of prep is all it takes to assemble these, and the fridge does the rest. They can be enjoyed cold or lightly warmed in the microwave, and it’s a lot quicker than stovetop oatmeal.
What You Need
Old-fashioned oats hold their texture better overnight when you mix them with milk and fresh or frozen raspberries. Vanilla extract adds a delish, dessert-like flavor to this breakfast. I also love to add ground flaxseed for extra nutrition, but you can omit it.
How to Make Raspberry Overnight Oats
Fill the jars with oats, ground flax, milk, and vanilla. Stir to combine, add the raspberries on top, and let the jars refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. You can enjoy them cold or microwave them for a warm breakfast.
How Long Do They Last
If you make these raspberry overnight oats in bulk, you can keep them in the fridge for up to 2 days. Longer than that, and the fruit will get mushy and change its flavor.

Fun Variations
Make your overnight oats jars even more tasty and nutritious by adding one or more of these ingredients:
- Yogurt
- Banana slices
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate chips
- Chopped nuts
- Dried fruit
