I’ll share all my tips to make this mango peach smoothie for a drinkable breakfast or a healthy snack. It’s thick, tastes like dessert, and it’s good for you!

Peach Mango Smoothie
I have tons of kid-approved smoothie recipes in this blog, but when summer is around, I love this peach mango smoothie that gives us those tropical vibes that hot days ask for. It’s a terrific way to get more nutrients while we sip something delicious!
While sometimes I sneak spinach in smoothies and nobody stops sipping, in today's recipe, I’m leaving out the greens for the sake of keeping the vibrant orange color. It's an incredibly simple recipe to blend up for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack.
If you want to amp up the nutrition and enjoy a high-protein smoothie, try adding a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder. Not only does it give more flavor, but a thicker, creamier consistency as well.

Mango Peach Smoothie Ingredients
This Mango Peach Smoothie recipe is made with real and simple ingredients and no refined sugars at all! The amounts are in the printable recipe card, but first, check what you'll need to make this tropical treat happen:
- Milk: I use almond milk, but any regular or non-dairy milk works perfectly.
- Diced peaches: you can use fresh or frozen.
- Chopped mango yields a tasty and nutritious smoothie, whether it is fresh or frozen!
- Vanilla extract: for a tasty dessert-like flavor.
- Ice: make the smoothie refreshing and thicker.

This smoothie is good! My kids didn’t think it was sweet enough, so we added a little bit of orange juice to each cup and it tastes like an orange dreamsicle. Delicious!
