This foolproof recipe for Spanish Salmon tastes crazy good and it's a great way to cook salmon in the middle of the week without any stress.

Spanish-Style Salmon
I'm obsessed with great salmon recipes, and it's the reason we rotate them quite often in our house. Using the air fryer to cook salmon keeps cleanup minimal and it comes out perfectly cooked each time.
The other big perk of Spanish salmon is its nutritional benefits: healthy fats, protein, and potassium. Salmon is a heart-healthy food, and it makes MY heart happy knowing that I'm fueling the family with good nutrients and ingredients!
Ingredients
You can make this recipe with fresh or frozen salmon fillets. For seasoning, you’ll use olive oil, minced or grated garlic cloves (garlic powder also works), regular or smoked paprika, and salt.
How to Make Spanish Salmon in the Air Fryer
Check out the steps and tips for cooking flaky Spanish salmon in the air fryer:
- Pat dry salmon fillets with a paper towel. I suggest removing the skin after it's cooked, it's much easier that way!
- Season the salmon with the seasoning mixture after placing them in the preheated air fryer.
- Cook at 400F for 8 to 9 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. Check for doneness by poking the salmon with a fork at its thickest part, making sure the flakes separate easily and the middle isn't raw. If needed, cook for an additional minute or two.

More Ways to Enjoy Salmon
You can also bake salmon in foil, make seared Cajun salmon, cook it in the oven with asparagus, or serve a quick salmon pesto pasta. In a hurry, you can cook frozen salmon to serve it with your favorite side dishes or assemble delicious salmon tacos!
