Made with just three ingredients, these Greek yogurt popsicles are my go-to summertime snack. Everyone is going to be pumped and ready to enjoy.

Easy Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles
Don’t waste your money on high-priced popsicles at the store when you can easily make these at home using Greek yogurt, berries, and maple syrup. While you’ll have to be patient for a few hours so they firm up, I promise they’re 100% worth the wait. SO GOOD.
It’s also a great recipe to show the kids how simple it can be to create truly delicious treats that are nutritious and fun to eat.
Can You Freeze Greek Yogurt for Popsicles?
Absolutely. The Greek yogurt will freeze without issue when mixed with the fruit. Just know that the texture of these popsicles is more of a creamy texture rather than icy, which is another thing that makes them delicious.
How to Make Greek Yogurt Popsicles
Follow the directions below to make these incredibly addictive popsicles:
- Blend berries and maple syrup.
Use an immersion blender, food processor, or bullet blender to create a berry puree. - Pour into the molds.
Pour yogurt, berry mixture, more yogurt, and more berry mixture. With a skewer or popsicle stick, swirl both to your liking. - Freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
Keep the popsicles in the freezer until they are firm. When ready to enjoy, run a little warm water over the mold to separate the popsicle from it.

Yum! This is one of our favorites in the summer! We call them yogurt smoothie pops. Oh I can’t wait for summer!! Hoping to see you, sweet friend!! xoxo
Laura Fuentes says
These are a bit thicker than the smoothie since the yogurt to fruit ratio is 1:1; however, the concept is the same 🙂
Kelly @ The Nourishing Home says
totally! it would be hard to drink a smoothie at that ratio. 🙂 love to you!

This is what we do with left over smoothie.
Laura Fuentes says
I do that with smoothies too… but these are thicker and creamier… SO GOOD!
