In many of these epic buffalo chicken recipe ideas, I first make my slow cooker buffalo chicken as the base, for which all you need are two ingredients: chicken and buffalo sauce. 

The slow cooker makes cooking easy, and the chicken is fall-apart tender. All that’s left is to shred the meat and make one of the yummy dinner ideas below! 

Alternatively, you can save time and use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. Just shred the meat and toss it with buffalo sauce in a large skillet on medium heat. It’s a quick and tasty method to get these epic buffalo chicken recipes on your dinner table.

Ingredients

Buffalo Chicken Pizza

  • 1 store-bought cheese pizza
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup reserved Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven according to the cooking directions for the pizza. Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the pizza on the pan.
  • Spread the buffalo sauce over the top of the pizza. Top with the buffalo chicken, shredded Mozzarella, and blue cheese.
  • Place the pizza into the oven and bake according to the package directions. Remove from oven and let sit for 3 minutes before slicing and serving with Ranch dressing.
