Easy Lunch Options
These bistro boxes are an easy lunch option you can assemble quickly on a plate or in a lunch container. They’re basically adult lunchables. They combine protein, dips, fruit, veggies, and crunchy sides into a quick lunch you can prep ahead.

Recipes for Lunch at Home
When you're eating at home, lunch can be more than something you packed the night before. These easy recipes make use of leftovers, pantry staples, and ingredients you can cook quickly when you have a little more flexibility.

Hot Lunches
One of the best parts of eating lunch at home is being able to serve it hot. These bowls, soups, and warm lunches are easy to reheat or make quickly when you want something more substantial than a cold sandwich.

Lunch Salads
These salads are built to be full meals, not side salads. Each one has enough protein, texture, and flavor to keep lunch filling without feeling heavy.

Lunch Wraps & Lettuce Cups
Wraps and lettuce cups are some of my go-to lunches because they're fast, handheld, and easy to make with leftover chicken, salad, or taco fillings. And unlike eating these at work, I don’t mind getting my hands dirty at home.

Quick Home Lunches
These lunches are for days when you want something easy but don't feel like making a full bowl or salad and need something quick. Most come together with simple ingredients or leftovers you already have.

How to Prep Lunches at Home
- Assess leftovers and what's already in the fridge. Start with cooked chicken, roasted vegetables, rice, pasta, hard-boiled eggs, salad greens, or anything else that needs to be used up.
- Choose your main. Turn what you have into a sandwich, wrap, salad, bowl, soup, or bistro-style lunch instead of starting from scratch.
- Add something fresh. Round out the meal with fruit, vegetables, avocado, a simple salad, or another fresh side.
- Prep what you can before the workday starts. I often assemble lunch and pack it inside a meal prep container while I'm making breakfast or packing my kids' lunches, so I don't have to stop and figure it out later.
- Keep a few quick options on hand. Eggs, deli meat, hummus, tortillas, canned tuna or salmon, cheese, greens, and rotisserie chicken can turn into lunch in minutes.
